The pathway
How a visit goes
No surprises, in either direction. This is the whole process from the moment you decide to book.

Book
Online at any hour, or call reception between 8 am and 6 pm. Tell us roughly what it is about so we can give you long enough.

Arrive
Check in at the desk. If we are running late you will be told at the door, not left guessing in a chair.

The appointment
Twenty-five minutes as standard, longer for a review. We will not start a second problem in the last minute of the first.

Afterwards
A written summary in your portal the same day, with anything we agreed and what happens next.
