What we take on
Six trades in house, which is why the programme holds. Anything we subcontract, we tell you who and why before the job starts.

Groundworks
Excavation, drainage, footings and slabs. Surveyed before we dig and photographed before we cover it.

Structure
Timber frame, steel and load-bearing masonry, built to the engineer’s drawings and signed off on site.

Brick & block
Facing brick, blockwork and repointing. Sample panel agreed with you before a single course goes up.

Roofing
Flat and pitched, felt, single-ply and tile, with the detailing at the edges done properly.

Fit-out
Studwork, plaster, joinery and second fix, sequenced so trades are not standing on each other.
06
Commercial
Shell and core, tenant fit-out and phased refurbishment on a live site, out of hours where needed.
